Game accounts and payments
For login, bonus credit, deposits or withdrawal requests, use the Help or Service section of the relevant app. Include the app name, account issue and related transaction date, amount and reference.
Account privacy
Keep SMS OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs and bank-login credentials private. A transaction reference identifies a payment; it does not require sharing those credentials.
